Terms and Condidtions for using this website. You do not need to register to use or order from us, just place your order and make your payment through one of the chosen methods below, orders will only be dispatched after payment has been received.  We are a small family run business and try to keep prices and costs low.  Any ill use, sending of virus's  and spam, miss use of website etc will be reported and you will be blocked from using our website.  Products may be changed from time to time depending on availability without prior warning.  If an item is out of stock it may still be possible to order just ring or email the shop for more information. ORDERS
 
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours of receipt of payment, Please allow extra time during busy periods and Bank Holidays.  Please allow 3-7 working days after email of dispatch as most orders are posted 2nd class, and in remote areas it can take a little longer for your order to arrive, if you would like them quicker then please phone to arrange this as there may be additional costs. Order placed after 10am Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday Weekend.  If your order is likely to be delayed I will try to Email or Ring you to let you know.  Products may be changed from time to time depending on availability without prior warning.  If something is out of stock you can ring or email to order and I will let you know if it is available.
 
RETURNS
 
If you are not happy with your order for any reason please ring or email me, Jeanette to arrange a return and replacement or refund.  All items must be unused and in original packaging, unless faulty and returned within 14 days for a full refund less delivery costs.  Any items cut to order, cannot be returned, also items such as Body Jewellery and Wigs due to hygiene, if you have any items which are faulty then please let me know.  Sorry, but items are returned at your cost unless for any reason I decide otherwise, if you need ribbon samples or yarn samples for a special match then sometimes I can do this, we don't have colour charts as such but sometimes a small piece of ribbon can be cut and sent, again just ring me.
 
PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through Create.payments or Paypal which goes to a secure site, using your Debit or Credit Card or Paypal account using the secure Gateway. All information is secure and Private and not disclosed to any 3rd party. We (ZipsnClips) do not store  payment details and only have contact details for your and our use. You can also make your payment by cheque and post to the shop or phone you details through if you prefer. When sending payment by cheque please remember to send your address and a phone number in case I need to contact you.  All orders outside of the UK must be paid by debit/credit card through the website using the secure paynment any problems phone the shop on 01707 331777.
