Terms & Conditions:
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of receipt of payment please allow 3-7 working days after email of dispatch as most orders are posted 2nd class, if you would like them quicker then please phone to arrange this as there may be additional costs. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received, if you are posting payment your order will be kept for 28 days after which time it will be cancelled if payment has not been received unless you contact me first. Please note that orders can take anything from a day to 10 days to deliver as we usually use Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep the costs down, we sometimes use a different service if it is a larger package. For more information on your order please email or Ring the shop. If for some reason the goods are not available I will try to Email or Ring you to let you know of the delay.  Please note that Royal Mail have now changed the times on the last collection of the day, it is now 1 hour or more earlier than it was and items are very unlikely to be dispatched on a Saturday now as the last post leaves before10.30am.

Payments can be made through Paypal which is a secure site, using your PayPal account or a Debit or Credit Card using the secure gateway. All information is secure and Private and not disclosed to any 3rd party. You can also make your payment by cheque or Postal order, either order on the website and click postal payment or phone and post payment or send both by post with your address and phone number (for when I need to contact you). To pay or Order by phone or if you have any problems with payment or ordering call the shop and ask for Jeanette, if I am not available I can phone back to take your payment/order, if you prefer to make your payment over the phone that is fine for all UK orders any problems phone the shop on 01707 331777.


We have tried to make colours as true as possible, Please note that in some cases they come out different to real life, where I think it is very noticeable I have stated on the website.  If you are not happy with the colour it can be exchanged or refunded as long as the original packaging is not damaged and this is done within 14 days of receipt of goods, in some cases such as Ribbon and maybe some knitting yarns I can send a small sample just email me details of what you want and the address and if possible I will send a sample.


Any Dance wear that is the wrong size may be returned within 14 days, also any items that are faulty again in the original, undamaged packaging.  Used goods can only be returned if they are faulty, not if they are damaged due to misuse. Any items you wish to change can be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been used and in the original packaging, (Any Body Jewellery, ie Nose Studs Earring, Belly Bars and Wigs are none returnable due to hygiene reasons), please phone the shop before returning any items, items are returned at your cost unless they are faulty and I deside otherwise. 


If you are not satisfied with the goods when delivered, please return within 14 days for a exchange or refund.


Any out of stock item may ordered by phone or by Emailing the shop and I will try to give you a date for delivery, you can also visit the shop. Any of the Knitting yarns and Patterns can usually be ordered if out of stock and delivered in 7-10 days unless they are out of stock with my supplier, also the Dance Wear.  If items are out of stock depending on my supplier I cannot  guarantee a delivery date I will always try and give a date but some things are beyond my control.
