Terms and Condidtions for using this website. You do not need to register to order from us, just place your order and make your payment through one of the chosen methods below, orders will only be dispatched after payment has been received. We are a small family run business and try to keep prices and costs low.
Any ill use, sending of virus's miss use of website etc will be reported and you will be blocked from using our website. Products may be changed from time to time depending on availability without prior warning. If an item is out of stock it may still be possible to order just ring or email the shop for more information.
Orders are usually dispatched within 12-48 working hours of receipt of payment, Please allow extra time during busy periods and Bank Holidays. Please allow 3-7 working days after email of dispatch as most orders are posted 2nd class, and in remote areas it can take a little longer for your order to arrive, if you would like them quicker then please phone to arrange this as there may be additional costs. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received, if you are posting payment your order will be kept for 28 days after which time it will be cancelled if payment has not been received unless you contact me first. Please note that orders can take anything from a day to 10 days to deliver as we usually use Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep the costs down, we sometimes use a different service if it is a larger package. For more information on your order please email or Ring the shop. If for some reason the goods are not available I will try to Email or Ring you to let you know of the delay. Please note that Royal Mail have now changed the times on the last collection of the day, it is now 1 hour or more earlier than it was and items are very unlikely to be dispatched on a Saturday now as the last post leaves before10.30am.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason please return items in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund less delivery costs. Before returning any items to the shop please ring and ask for Jeanette to notify me of your intentions. Any items cut to order, cannot be returned, also items such as Body Jewellery and wigs due to hygiene, if you have any items which are faulty then please let me know. Sorry, but items are returned at your cost unless for any reason I decide otherwise, if you need ribbon samples or yarn samples for a special match then somedtimes I can do this, we don't have colour charts as such but sometimes a small piece of ribbon can be cut and sent, again just ring me.
Payments can be made through Paypal which is a secure site, using your PayPal account or a Debit or Credit Card using the secure gateway or use the Create Payment Gateway. All information is secure and Private and not disclosed to any 3rd party. You can also make your payment by cheque or Postal order, either order on the website and click postal payment or phone and post payment or send both by post with your address and phone number (for when I need to contact you). To pay or Order by phone or if you have any problems with payment or ordering call the shop and ask for Jeanette, if I am not available I can phone back to take your payment/order, if you prefer to make your payment over the phone that is fine for all UK orders any problems phone the shop on 01707 331777.
Any out of stock item may ordered by phone or by Emailing the shop and I will try to give you a date for delivery, if they are still available, you can also visit the shop. Any of the Knitting yarns and Patterns can usually be ordered if out of stock and delivered in 7-10 days unless they are out of stock with my supplier. If items are out of stock depending on my supplier I cannot guarantee a delivery date I will always try and give a date but some things are beyond my control.
